Mobile Welding Robot

Mobile Welding Robot

Product Name: Mobile Welding Robot
Product Functions: Linear welding, Arc welding, Intermittent welding,Multi-layer multi-pass welding, Groove welding. Supports custom weld shapes.
Product Configuration Table:

Applicable Welding Process: GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding - "MIG/MAG" / "CO₂Welding"). Not suitable for Laser Welding.
Applicable Materials: Carbon Steel. Not suitable for Aluminum or Cast Iron.
Applicable Weldment Thickness: 1 mm - 100 mm
Product Advantages:
(1) Ease of Programming: Features a graphical programming platform supporting drag-and drop command configuration, eliminating complex code input.
(2) Exceptional Weld Consistency: Extremely high trajectory repeatability and strict control of welding parameters ensure highly uniform weld penetration depth, width, reinforcement height, and appearance. Significantly reduces failure risk in structural components for construction machinery.
(3) Stable & Increased Speed: Consistent welding speed, typically faster than skilled welders (especially for long straight seams and regular curved welds).
(4) Reduced Distortion: Precise control over heat input, welding sequence, and direction effectively minimizes distortion in large structural components.
(5) Cost Efficiency: One unit replaces 2-3 experienced welders. Initial investment offsets continuously rising labor costs (wages, social insurance, training, management).
Product Limitations:
(1) Limited Reach: Arm span restricts use on excessively large structures.
(2) Material Restriction: Suitable only for Carbon Steel; not applicable for Aluminum or Cast Iron.
(3) Thin Sheet Distortion Risk: Higher heat input of GMAW compared to laser welding increases risk of distortion when welding 1mm thin sheets.

Case 1: Yantai Machine Tool & Machinery Manufacturer -- Construction Machinery Welding
Weldments: Crusher Bucket, Undercarriage Frame
Thickness: 20-80 mm
Application Stages:
Main Structural Assembly Welding: Assembling and welding base plates, side plates,
back plates, and cutting edge plates into the bucket frame to withstand primary
structural loads.
Lug Plate / Hinge Bracket Welding: Welding lug plates connecting to the bucket arm,
designed to withstand hydraulic cylinder thrust forces.

Case 2: Yantai Hydraulic Cylinder Manufacturer -- Construction Machinery Welding
Weldments: Hydraulic Cylinders
Thickness: 15-40 mm
Application Stages:
(1) Mounting Brackets & Lug Plates: Welding mounting brackets and lug plates at
both ends of various hydraulic cylinders. These welds demand high positional
accuracy and strength, directly impacting cylinder performance and lifespan. The
robot ensures consistent weld penetration and quality. Welds withstand hydraulic
cylinder thrust forces.
(2) Port Welding: Welding high-pressure hydraulic hose connection ports.

Case 3: Linyi Nonwoven Equipment Manufacturer -- Construction Machinery Welding
Weldments: Heavy-Duty Crane Rails, Hoist Tracks
Thickness: 20-40 mm
Application Stages:
(1) Rail Butt Welding: Welding individual rail sections into continuous long rails onsite to eliminate impact at joints.
(2) Rail Clamping Plate Welding: Welding clamping plates (fillet welds) to secure
rails to concrete foundations or steel beams.
(3) End Reinforcement Welding: Welding wear-resistant end stops to rail ends to
prevent crane derailment.
